White label Discord bot: pay once, not every month

If you want a Discord bot that shows up with your server's name and avatar, you will find that most "whitelabel" options are sold as a subscription. You pay every month for as long as you want the bot to keep its own identity.

VirelHub works the other way round. You pay once for each module you want, and then a flat £2 a month for hosting. Your own name, avatar and status are included at no extra cost.

This page shows what that adds up to over a year, so you can set it against any monthly plan you are considering.

What "your own branded bot" means here

You create your own application in the Discord Developer Portal, so the bot is yours: your name, your picture, your status. You paste its token into the VirelHub dashboard and we host it. You then set the avatar and live status from the dashboard, plus a banner where Discord supports one for your app.

Members see your bot in the member list, not ours.

What VirelHub costs

All prices below come from the VirelHub store.

• Modules: a one-off price per module, from £1.49 to £3.49. Moderation, Ticket System and Leveling System are £3.49 each. Polls & Voting, Custom Embeds, Auto React and Sticky Messages are £1.49 each.
• Bundles: Starter bundle £6.99 (Moderation, Welcome Messages, Auto-Roles and Verification). Community bundle £7.99 (Leveling System, Giveaways, Polls & Voting, Suggestions and Reaction Roles). Everything bundle £19.99 (every module in the store).

The first 12 months

Hosting is counted at the monthly rate of £2 (£24 for the year). Paying annually brings it down to £20.

In year two, you pay hosting again and nothing else, unless you add more modules.

How this differs from a monthly plan

A monthly whitelabel plan usually charges one recurring fee that covers both the features and the custom branding. That is simple, and the price you see is the price you pay each month. The catch is that the fee never stops: over a year or two, the features are paid for again and again.

With VirelHub, the modules are paid for once. Hosting is the only recurring cost, and it is a fixed £2 whether you have two modules or 16.

When you compare, check what each plan actually covers. Some are priced per bot, some per server, and some only unlock a custom name and avatar. Add up twelve months of the monthly price and set it against the table above.

Where a monthly plan can still make sense

Being honest about it:

• If you need one thing for a short time, such as a ticket system for a single event, a month-to-month plan can cost less than buying modules and hosting a bot.
• If you want a huge, established bot with years of community content, a subscription to that bot may suit you better than a bot you build yourself.
• VirelHub is a set of modules you configure, not a bot you can run on your own machine.

If you are keeping a community going for a year or more, the maths usually tips the other way.

How to get your own branded bot

2. Check out. Pay the one-off module price, plus hosting.
3. Create your Discord application. Give it your name and avatar, and copy the bot token.
4. Paste the token into your dashboard. We validate it and walk you through the rest.
5. Set up each module from the dashboard. No code needed.
