Agreement

By accessing the VirelHub website, purchasing products, or using any services provided by VirelHub ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

Services

VirelHub provides:

• Custom Discord bot development
• Discord bot modules and add-ons
• Bot hosting services
• Related support and maintenance services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your account
• Managing access to your Discord server and bot permissions
• Ensuring your use of our services complies with applicable laws and Discord's Terms of Service

You remain solely responsible for all content, commands, and activities performed through your bot.

Payments

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by law:

• Completed custom development work is non-refundable.
• Digital products and modules are non-refundable once delivered.
• Hosting fees are generally non-refundable for active billing periods already provided.
• Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks or payment disputes made without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in immediate service suspension. For billing questions or refund requests, contact [email protected].

Acceptable Use

You may not use VirelHub services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Conduct phishing, fraud, or deceptive activities
• Engage in spam, abuse, harassment, or unauthorized mass messaging
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or networks
• Interfere with the operation of our services or infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that violate these rules.

Prohibited Activities

Users, visitors, and third parties may not:

• Use bots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, data-mining tools, harvesting tools, or other automated means to access, monitor, copy, collect, or extract information from the website, APIs, services, dashboards, or infrastructure without prior written permission.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, replicate, or otherwise derive the source code, functionality, architecture, or proprietary systems of any VirelHub product or service.
• Circumvent security measures, authentication systems, rate limits, access controls, or technical restrictions.
• Probe, scan, test, or exploit vulnerabilities in VirelHub systems or infrastructure.
• Mirror, archive, reproduce, or redistribute website content, product assets, documentation, source code, databases, customer information, or service data without authorization.
• Use automated tools to create accounts, submit requests, access customer areas, or interact with services in a manner that may negatively affect performance, security, or availability.
• Collect, store, or process information relating to other customers without their explicit consent.

Any violation of this section may result in immediate suspension of access, termination of services, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, VirelHub does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We are not liable for:

• Downtime
• Network interruptions
• Discord API outages
• Third-party service failures
• Data loss caused by factors outside our reasonable control

Maintenance, updates, and emergency changes may occasionally affect service availability.

Intellectual Property and Platform Protection

All website content, custom software, bot systems, code, designs, branding, documentation, databases, configurations, and proprietary technology provided by VirelHub are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No person may copy, scrape, download in bulk, redistribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any VirelHub systems or content without express written permission.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing:

• VirelHub retains ownership of proprietary systems, frameworks, infrastructure, and internal tooling.
• Customers retain ownership of content they provide.
• Custom-developed features delivered specifically for a customer may be used only according to the purchased license.

Customers may not resell, redistribute, leak, or claim ownership of VirelHub proprietary code or systems.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

VirelHub only collects information reasonably necessary to operate accounts, process payments, provide services, and deliver support. We do not sell customer data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VirelHub shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Lost revenue
• Lost data
• Business interruption
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Our total liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected service during the preceding twelve (12) months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to services if:

• These Terms are violated
• Payment obligations are not met
• Use of the service creates legal, security, or operational risks

Upon termination, access to hosted services may be removed immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
